Conditions apply:

• Minimum net increase of $50,000 required
• The loan must have been settled greater than 6 months
• This claim must be made within 12 months of the original settlement
• Only one claim can be made per loan
• All information must be verified before a payment can be made
• Any additional commission paid will also be subject to clawback
