Mary commenced with RESIMAC in November 2002 where she assumed overall responsibility for managing some of RESIMAC’s key relationships with its bank funders, investors, government and rating agencies.
Mary’s team has completed in excess of 37 domestic and offshore RMBS transactions including 3 Eurobond programmes, with these transactions achieving strong market acceptance whilst being complimented for their innovation, with multi-currency, multi-jurisdictional participation.
Mary joined RESIMAC from Pricewaterhouse Coopers where she was assigned to the firm’s specialist financial consulting area. Prior to PWC, Mary worked with Macquarie Bank for a period of 11 years; her most recent position there as Director, Securitisation.
Mary’s vast experience covers mortgage product and other asset classes and she has also worked on an array of Australian and overseas projects including some of the first securitisation transactions completed in Australia.
Mary has a Bachelor of Economics from Sydney University and is a member of the National Committee and Deputy Chair of the Regulatory Sub-Committee of the Australian Securitisation Forum and Director of the Sydney Motorway Corporation.
Mary joined the RESIMAC Board in May 2016. Mary also assumes responsibility for the New Zealand business.
