Following the merger between RESIMAC and Homeloans Ltd in 2016, the two corporate brands have been unified under a new incarnation of the Resimac brand. The Homeloans Ltd parent company has been be renamed as Resimac Group Limited.

Despite the consolidation of brands, it’s business as usual for investors, brokers and customers:

  • The same product range previously available

  • The same sales and customer care teams

  • The same way of doing business with us

For customers, below are some of the questions you may have.

Why have Homeloans and RESIMAC re-branded?

Since the merger between Homeloans and RESIMAC in 2016 we had been operating as two separate brands. We have now unified our business under one main corporate brand and it was identified that the most appropriate brand to take us forward is Resimac.


Does the brand change affect my loan?

No, the change of brand will not in any way impact your loan. The Lender of Record on your loan does not change. Any brand changes to loan statements, online account access and other collateral will be purely cosmetic.

Will all customers experience the change in brand?

Anyone with a loan that was previously branded as RESIMAC Platinum, RESIMAC Select or RESIMAC Financial Services will see the new brand on their loan collateral. Homeloans branded loans funded by RESIMAC (Homeloans FlexiChoice loans) will also experience the change in brand. For other Homeloans branded loans, the brand changes that occur in relation to your loan statements, online account access and other collateral will depend on who the wholesale funding source of your loan is, and any changes may take up to six months to fully take effect.


Will phone numbers change?

No, you will continue to be able to reach our Customer Care teams by phoning 13 38 39 (customer previously with Homeloans) or 1300 764 447 (Resimac funded loan customers) or by visiting our website.


Can I still email a staff member at an @homeloans.com.au email address?

Yes, but their response will come from their @resimac.com.au address


Where do I access my account details?

Do I still have access to the Customer Benefits Program?

Yes, you will continue to have access to this program which will be rebranded as Resimac Customer Benefits.
