Plant Trees Australia
Plant Trees Australia is a new community funding platform backed by independent charity Carbon Positive Australia.
The platform helps community groups, landlords, volunteers and donors connect, plan and manage tree-planting projects as a way to support community climate action for a healthier environment.
As a Resimac customer, you have an opportunity to choose from one of three community tree-planting projects that you want to support, and we will donate funds to that project on your behalf. Don't have a preference? No worries - if we don't hear from you within 30 days of settlement, we will automatically donate funds on your behalf to one of the projects below.
There is no charge to participate in this initiative - it’s just one of our many ways of saying thank you for being a Resimac customer. We are delighted to work hand-in-hand with you to fund worthwhile tree-planting projects that will make a real difference to local communities.

Option 1
"Pocket forest" in schools and communities across Australia
This project funds compressed forests in schools and community parks. For schoolchildren, it offers multiple learning opportunities and practical action against climate change.
Option 2
Biodiversity and ecosystem restoration in Victoria and WA
These projects engage with rural and metro communities across Victoria and Western Australia to restore degraded land and increase biodiversity in agricultural landscapes.
Option 3
Indigenous-led projects in WA and central Australia
These indigenous-led projects focus on bringing the community together, with initiatives that support tree nursery establishment, seed collection and tree planting.
